Job Description
As a Digitalization and Automation Apprentice within the Operations department at Europ Assistance, you will support the Digital team in its mission to transform and optimize operational processes through digital tools and AI-driven automation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how a transformation team operates in an insurance company, with a focus on the Travel business line, the group’s core activity.
You will not be expected to code yourself, as this is not an IT role, but rather a strategic and operational position within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Onboarding
Assist in the onboarding of various countries onto group solutions, including tools powered by LLM-based AI,
Deployment and adoption of above solution (e.g., follow adoption performance, define lever of optimization).
Digital & Automation Opportunity Mapping
Conduct market and internal research to identify new opportunities for digitalization and automation within the company,
After identifying promising use cases, possibly test them through proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, using tools such as Copilot Studio for instance.
Operational Improvement Projects
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, such as the optimization of the operational process to deliver our service,
Perform data analysis using Excel to support decision-making and identify areas for optimization.
Reporting Automation
Participate in the automation of recurring reports.
Preferred Experience
Student from a business school, engineering school, or enrolled in a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as digital transformation, data & AI, project management, or innovation & technology management.
Strong analytical mindset and methodical approach to project management and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluency in English is required, as the role involves regular collaboration with teams across multiple countries.
Bonus skills: Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Experience in creating GPT agents, Familiarity with AI concept and digital.
