Job Description
Reporting to the CIO Travel, We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will lead and support internal stakeholders, drive quality strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor internal/external stakeholders during test campaigns for client onboardings rollouts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, plans, and practices to improve product quality.
- Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, and operations) to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Analyze and report on testing results, providing insights to stakeholders for performance improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software quality, including bugs and performance issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance
- Experience on travel insurance or clients onboarding is a plus
- Strong experience with manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
