Law plays a crucial role in the effective management of our operations. We need someone who will ensure legal compliance and support our activities. We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel Apprentice to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

The intern/apprentice joins a tax team of 3 people composed of the group's tax director, the manager in charge of French and indirect taxation and the manager in charge of international taxation. He or she will be required to work with each of them on the following topics:

Role 80% of the time:

• Support the tax team of the group's holding company in its day-to-day activities
• Technical support on tax audits
• Support in the realization of the reliable audit trail for the group's French entities
• Support in securing projects valued at the research tax credit (CIR)
• Support for the updating of the group's transfer pricing documentation (master file, local file, benefit test): conduct of functional analysis interviews and analysis of intra-group transactions
• Support for reporting to Generali (anti-hybrid, CFC, CbCR, Transfer Pricing, Total Tax contribution)

Role 20% of the time:

• Support for the consolidation of data allowing the calculation of the group's effective tax rate
• Legal support on intra-group contracts (including the establishment of a contract library)
• Monitoring for the tax department and organizing a monthly meeting with the team to expose the various tax topics

Prefered candiate profile :
