Job Description
Responsibilities:

Policy /Guideline / GIRS
- IDQS (Integrated Data Quality System), GIRS (Generali Internal regulation system) & Policy + Guideline updates:
- Follow-up on GIRS for IDQS Policy and Guideline. Manage Policy & Guideline updates within all Europ Assistance entities, monitoring approval and implementation.
- Put&Call options: Put-Call options follow-up in the system used by Generali (Opti.Mo).
- IDQS (Integrated Data Quality System), GIRS (Generali Internal regulation system) & Policy + Guideline updates:

Operational Risk Data Quality
- Jason controls: IT/Operational controls in operations and sales

Data Quality (DQ), as requested by GHO (Generali Head Office) "Group IDQS Leader"
- Data Quality Committees: Prepare and manage Data Quality Committees at least twice a year for Insurance entities, and on an ad-hoc basis, for International Contracts (3-4 times a year or as needed), following-up on remediation actions stated in the minutes
- Data Directories:
- Standardize whenever possible Data Directories for entities in the scope, ensuring that all relevant outputs are covered, including IFRS17 processes and Non-financial information outputs.
- Upload into PRIMa system the yearly central data directories and prepare the reports for GHO
- Yearly DQ reports: Prepare yearly Data Quality reports and slides to be approved by BoD
- Issues follow-up: Issue Register Campaign follow-up, along with open issues highlighted during the closing or DQ Committees
- Dirigente Preposto PRIMa activities:
- Ensure processes described in PRIMa are up to date and improved when necessary.
- Liaise with all Risk Owners to guarantee the preparation of adequate proofs of controls, within the requested timeframe.
- Support the IT department on IT General controls activities.
- ELC (Entity Level controls) activities in PRIMa and Questionnaire with Check Evidence uploaded
- Facilitate relations with GHO for (Reporting risk and Data Quality) FRR & DQ topics:
- Be the EA group point of contact with GHO for Financial reporting risk & Non Financial processes and Data Quality issues
- Organize the testing activities, Provider invoicing, FRR activities budgeting, etc.
- Users review, onboarding/offboarding
- Follow-up on issues related to Quarterly Confirmation letters .
- Ad-hoc requests from the GHO team or from local teams to address issues with GHO
- Non-financial processes implementation and follow-up:
- According to Europ Assistance perimeter, identification of control objectives on Non-financial information and required to prepare & update their end-to-end processes in PRIMa or through Excel.
- Get involved in the ESG activities led by Chief Sustainability
- Be involved in Regulation and SII projects: Ad-hoc work with Risk Department on ACPR documentation, answers, etc.
Preferred Experience
- Master degree Finance/Legal from a TOP School/University
- Perfect command of English (written & spoken)
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position in an international organization
- Knowlegde of PRIMA system or similar
