Job Description
The Product Owner drives the development, enhancement, and delivery of health‑services products within a multi‑stakeholder environment. They ensure product strategy alignment with business priorities, manage the lifecycle of digital and service solutions, and translate business needs into actionable product requirements that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with the Health Services BL strategy.
Gather, analyse, and structure business requirements; convert them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and optimise the product backlog to maximise business and customer value.
Collaborate daily with the IT POC and development teams to ensure smooth delivery under Agile methodologies.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, actuarial, marketing, sales, legal, finance) and external partners across the ecosystem.
Oversee product performance through data‑driven monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Own budget planning and follow‑up for assigned products or initiatives.
Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and alignment with business expectations.
Prepare and conduct product committees, demos, and stakeholder updates.
Preferred Experience
Proven experience as Product Owner or similar role, with demonstrable results in product delivery and value creation.
Experience in multi‑stakeholder environments and/or service‑driven industries preferred.
Familiarity with health services, insurance, or digital platforms is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong mastery of Agile product management (Scrum / Kanban).
Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
Ability to structure complex information and synthesise efficiently.
Strong autonomy, ownership, rigour, and problem‑solving mindset.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Capacity to navigate and coordinate a diverse ecosystem of partners.
Curiosity and initiative to explore new solutions and improve processes.
