Job Description
Reporting to the CIO Columbus, Senior project manager will ensure coordination and completion of client onboardings and change requests on time within budget and within scope. He will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of implementation. He will also prepare reports for upper management regarding status of implementation.
Senior project manager will work directly with internal/external clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments (Sales, legal, onboarding, operations etc.) and involved EA entities to ensure all aspects of each project are kept under control
Senior project manager will communicate on time to leadership team alerts and warnings which may occur and be force of proposal for problem solving and mitigation
Responsibilities:
1. Project scoping
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
· Elaborate business case if needed
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
· Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
· Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
· Meet with internal/external clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
2. Project follow up
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
· Ensure that all solution upgrades/onboardings/change requests are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
· Be in charge of animating projects follow-up and steering committees
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
3. Communication
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of multiple projects
· Manage the relationship with the client, relevant internal/external stakeholders, vendors/agencies
Preferred Experience
- Master degree from a TOP School + Perfect command of English (in written & in spoken)
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position in an international organization,
- Insurance industry experience, with strong preference for Travel Insurance

· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
