Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager in the Digital Services team at Europ Assistance, you will drive the evolution and expansion of our Travel digital platform across our different markets. Working closely with the Global Head of Digital Services, you will help define the product vision, align and engage global and local stakeholders, and ensure consistent, scalable digital experiences for our customers and partners.
This is a key cross-functional role with strong influence across product, technology, design, operations, and regional business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the global digital product vision for Travel assistance services (live on 9+ international markets).
- Translate strategic goals into a cohesive product strategy and quarterly roadmaps, in line with business priorities, customer and partners expectations, and platform consistency.
- Monitor global trends in travel, digital experience, and customer behavior to continuously adapt our product positioning.
Roadmap Ownership & Governance
- Own the global product roadmap for the Travel digital platform, ensuring alignment with group and regional objectives.
- Work in close partnership with Product Owners (Tech and Regional) to ensure effective prioritization and delivery of platform features, upgrades, and customizations.
- Define functional requirements for platform evolutions, balancing scalability with local market needs.
- Ensure consistent UX across features and, when needed, contribute wireframes or prototypes to support cross-functional alignment.
Stakeholder Alignment & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the main point of contact for Travel digital services applications, ensuring roadmap feasibility and alignment across Group-level stakeholders, Regions, IT, Ops, Commercial, and Onboarding functions.
- Structure and lead regular product governance rituals to ensure shared vision and transparency on priorities, progress, and decisions.
- Actively communicate product updates and release plans to stakeholders across regions and functions.
New Country & Partner Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding of new markets and key partners (for instance major OTAs, Airlines, Vacation rentals, and Financial Institutions) onto the digital platform.
- Coach regional teams to prioritize high-impact requirements and balance local needs with global platform standards.
Preferred Experience
- 6+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in a multi-market B2B2C or B2B environment.
- Strong background in product management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced understanding of UX design principles and basic design skills (e.g. wireframing or prototyping using Figma or similar tools).
- Proven ability to lead in matrixed organizations, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience working with technical product owners and delivery teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages and simplify complex topics for different stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
